Had interior leak in wall and repair was difficult to get to. Hans went above & beyond to access inside wall. He was efficient & knowledgeable. Immediate service by White Knight saved us a lot of expense.

We were very pleased with the two gentlemen that helped us with a new hot water tank. They made a recommendation initially for a very functional but more reasonable system than another company proposed. They also checked out our plumbing under the house, and told us some shortcomings but did not recommend any work at this point.. Another company proposed that everything under the house, be replumbed. And that would’ve been very very expensive. We appreciated the friendliness, their professionalism and their integrity. We would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them!

I baught my 1956 house 10yrs ago. My goal was to resell before my roof or galvanized plumbing cost me a leg. Unfortunately, time was not on my side as I recently heard a drain leak under my house. I called several companies for an inspection/quote. (Forgive me if I get your name wrong) REY was so honest, patient, trustworthy and informative with his recommendations. He took his time educating me as a homeowner with "do's and don'ts". He answered all my silly questions of "why's" and "what if's" and patiently put up with my indecisiveness. He even crawled under my house a second time to give me more options. Rey showed integrity and assured me my supply lines were ok. He showed me i have replaceable screens in my faucet-resolved my water pressure issues, lol. And He showed me pics of the holes in my drain pipes. After weighing the pros & cons, i decided to replace all my drain pipes for peace of mind, not knowing when or where a new hole might develop. I was so stressed with the economy right now with companies taking advantage of hard times and ridiculously upcharging customers... Not W.K.P., their pricing is VERY reasonable & fair! I sleep so much better now knowing I got all new pipes and I didn't have to take out a loan for it. And I take comfort in knowing I know exactly who to call incase of a plumbing emergency. I will definitely be requesting Rey from WKP every time! THANK YOU WKP.
